Insurance & Fees
Following are my rates for a 50-minute session. If you are not using your insurance, the full fee is required to be paid at the time of the session. I accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, HSA Cards, Checks, Venmo, & Cash. Insurance information follows below.

In-Patient Individual/Family Therapy
Forms, letters, reports (prorated 50 minutes)
I do accept insurance and happy to do the billing for you. I am an in-network provider for Optum/United Behavioral Health, and can bill as an out-of-network provider for most PPO plans. I will get your insurance information from you when you call for your first appointment, contact the insurance company to get coverage details, and bill them on a monthly basis.
Please be prepared to pay your co-pay at the time of your session. If you have a deductible to be met, you will pay the full session fee until your deductible is reached, at which time you will begin to pay only your co-pay. I accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, HSA cards, Venmo, checks, or cash.
Please keep in mind that the insurance billing is a courtesy service I provide for my clients, but ultimately you are responsible for the cost of the sessions if for any reason your insurance does not provide coverage.
